Beta product
DraftForge is an experimental fantasy-sports decision tool. Features, player data, rankings, projections, availability forecasts, and recommendations may change, contain errors, or be unavailable.
Your rankings and imported content
You may manually enter or import rankings only when you created them, own them, or have permission or a valid license to use them for this purpose. By confirming the import notice and selecting a file, you represent that you have those rights and that your use does not violate a paywall, access control, contract, subscription restriction, website terms, copyright, trade secret, or other third-party right.
Do not import, copy, or reconstruct a creator’s paid or restricted rankings merely because DraftForge can technically read the file. DraftForge does not provide permission to use third-party material and does not determine whether your license or subscription permits an import.
Local processing and ownership
Ranking files are processed locally in your browser and are not intentionally uploaded to or stored on DraftForge servers. DraftForge does not claim ownership of your original file or ranking choices. You give DraftForge only the limited permission needed for the browser application to read, match, reorder, and analyze the rankings for your personal use.
No guaranteed outcome
Draft and waiver recommendations are informational and do not guarantee player availability, claim success, player performance, league results, prizes, or financial outcomes. Manual waiver results depend on the simple role and status labels you enter. You remain responsible for every selection, claim, drop, and league setting.
Acceptable use
You may use the public beta for personal fantasy drafts and testing. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, use imports to distribute or republish another person’s rankings, scrape or republish the underlying DraftForge dataset at scale, reverse engineer the private scoring formula, or misrepresent DraftForge output as an official league, platform, or creator decision.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the rankings you import and for claims arising from your unauthorized use of third-party material. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify DraftForge Sports from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs caused by your violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
Service and liability
The public beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftForge Sports disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Third-party names
Team, league, platform, and player names are used for identification and compatibility. DraftForge is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, NFLPA, Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, or any ranking or projection source.
Third-party football data
Some current football inputs may be supplied through Tank01 and RapidAPI. Tank01 has told DraftForge that its service tiers do not add use, attribution, caching, storage, redistribution, or derived-stat restrictions, but Tank01 does not own or license every underlying data right. DraftForge therefore uses these feeds as factual decision inputs, does not offer raw-data downloads, and does not claim ownership of third-party names, marks, or source material. Availability, accuracy, and permissions may change.
Copyright concerns
Creators and rights holders can review the Ranking Import & Copyright Policy or send a detailed notice to support@draftforgesports.com. Because ranking files remain on the user’s device, DraftForge normally has no server copy to access or remove.
Changes and governing law
DraftForge may update these Terms as the beta changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by Rhode Island law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These terms reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every import is lawful. DraftForge should obtain review from a qualified intellectual-property and internet attorney before accounts, server storage, creator sharing, or paid plans launch.
