PRIVACY

A public-beta privacy summary.

What DraftForge stores

The current beta does not require an account. League settings, recorded picks, player favorites and avoids, custom ranking values, waiver roster entries, waiver targets, and the in-product draft check-in are stored locally in your browser on your device. Clearing browser storage can remove that data.

Ranking files

CSV and XLSX ranking files are read and matched inside your browser. DraftForge does not upload the original file or its contents to DraftForge servers, retain a server copy, publish it, share it with other users, or use it to train a model. Only the matched ranking values and optional tiers you choose to use are saved in local browser storage on your device.

Analytics and session replay

DraftForge uses PostHog for product analytics, web analytics, and session replay so we can understand feature usage, diagnose broken flows, and improve the beta. Form inputs are masked in session replay, and league-name text is marked private. We do not intentionally send player-search text, league names, email addresses, or the contents of feedback forms to PostHog as custom event properties.

Weekly football data

DraftForge may retrieve current football information from Tank01 through RapidAPI, including factual injury, schedule, roster, depth-chart, statistical, or projection inputs. DraftForge sends its server requests to those services; the private API credential is not placed in your browser. DraftForge does not send your manual roster or waiver-target names to Tank01. Tank01 and RapidAPI process requests under their own privacy practices.

Email updates and early access

Joining DraftForge email updates is voluntary. DraftForge uses Kit to collect the email address you submit and send product updates, early-access invitations, and related DraftForge news. Double opt-in is enabled, so you must confirm the address through Kit’s confirmation email before joining the list. Kit processes the submission under its privacy policy.

Every marketing email provides an unsubscribe option. You can also ask DraftForge to remove your email or help with a data request by contacting support@draftforgesports.com. Newsletter consent is separate from any future DraftForge account, authentication, or paid-product consent.

Feedback and support

If you open the Tally feedback survey or email DraftForge, those services process the information you choose to provide under their own privacy terms. DraftForge uses that information to answer you and improve the product.
